MPACT
The MPACT Program was established through a grant from PetSmart Charities in an effort to reduce the number of animals being euthanized at Enid Animal Control. After extensive research by the SPCA board, it was determined that the greatest need for spay/neuter assistance in Enid's community was among dogs living in the 73701 area. Through the grant, the SPCA can offer spaying and neutering services to any dog owner living in the 73701 zip code at a rate of $10. The fee also includes a rabies vaccine if needed.
The SPCA's goal is to fix a total of 1100 dogs through the MPACT program over the course of 2 years. We believe that if we can achieve that goal, we will have assisted more than 50% of the dogs in our target area, significantly reducing the amount of homeless, unwanted dogs being euthanized at Animal Control.

·Surgeries are $10, which includes a rabies vaccination if needed.
·Same day procedure; surgeries are performed Tuesdays and Thursdays.
SNIP
The SNIP Program is the SPCA's own low-cost program. To qualify, applicants must have a total household income of $40,000 or less. Initially funded by a grant from PetSmart Charities in 2009, the SNIP program was met with such enthusiasm by the community of Enid that the SPCA has made a tremendous effort to continue it. Now in its 3rd year, SNIP continues to provide assistance to those people who understand the importance of spaying and neutering but need financial assistance. SNIP is available to both dogs and cats. Spay/Neuter for Dogs is $40, and for Cats $30.
The SPCA intends to keep SNIP funded and available for years to come.
